STRETCHING

BASIC 1

 
  1. Breath in before commencing each stretch.

  2. Exhale upon commencing each stretch.

  3. Hold each stretch for at least 20 seconds.

  4. Hold your stretch steady.

  5. On a scale of 1-10 stretch to a 5-6 if you are not warmed up as yet.

  6. Stretch before and after your planned exercises.
